Marriage Monday 3 WAYS bring back the SPARK in your marriage

How many times have you felt unattractive and your marriage felt a little dull and well a bit boring?
Have you ever felt like your marriage is just not what it sue to be when you first met? Maybe you don't kiss as much or have fun like you use to, or maybe you aren't even as intimate as you once were.
Sometimes in marriage our relationship gets neglected, yes maybe we schedule dates but frankly it may just not be enough. Well, your not alone. I have felt this way before and thousands of wives have too.
You see we get so focused on the kids, on homeschooling, and homemaking that we neglect our men. We forget to be that sassy cute sexy beautiful fun flirty woman they feel in love with. Heck, our days are now filled with cleaning, laundry, and training children.

Well I'm here to reveal to you 3 ways that you can be SEXY, FLIRTY, and FUN with your man, and bring back the spark you are lacking,

It always surprises me how many women especially Christian women are so reluctant to be sexy for their husbands. Goodness, they get so prude and are afraid to even talk about it. It really is okay to be sexy for your husband the marriage bed is pure and undefiled. Now, sexy will be different for each woman and each marriage, a wife should explore and ask her husband what he likes. You will find that you will enjoy being sexy for your man.

Its okay to flirt with your husband and do it often. It makes a happy marriage its awesome to see my children giggle with delight as I pat my husbands bottom or when he throws me back for a kiss. They enjoy watching their mamma and daddy flirt and dance in the living room and just be in love.

Stop being such a snob and prude and FUN KILLER with your man. Grab some nerf guns and be his best playing partner, throw water balloons, chase him wrestle with him. BE HIS BUDDY his friend and WIN HIS HEART DAILY. Have fun!

I hope these 3 Tips help you to bring back some spark and spunk in your marriage and always remember that a good and happy marriage always begins with you !!!!!!!!

3 Ways to love your children

Being a Homemaker is more than just household chores its also  about loving those around you. Those you have been called to serve.
How many times as a homemaker do you get caught up in cooking, cleaning , and laundry that you forget to love in the process? Well, your not alone its easy as a homemaker to get caught up in serving that we forget to stop and love those little ones we serve.

Here are 3 ways to stop and love your children

We are great multitasks as homemakers, we can hole conversations and cook/clean all at the same time. Well, next time your little one comes to ask you something or show you something or tell you something, how about stopping next time to listen and engage with your child or children. Trust me they will never forget it, and besides nothing is worth missing what our kids have to say.

2)Make eye contact

Eye contact are the souls window. When we give eye contact we are looking into the souls of those little children of ours. Let them know you care by giving them eye contact and be sure to get their eyes when you speak to them its so much more affective.

3) Whisper its much more effective

We as moms want to yell sometimes but yelling only creates fear in our children and they don't respect us, instead whisper the correction or whisper what you want to get across, they will be much more likely to listen. There is something about a whisper that is more effective than yelling and using harsh words. Gentle words turn away wrath but harsh words stirs anger.

I hope these 3 ways will help you to love your children this week. Let me know what are some ways you love your children.

Have you Heard of this Trick?

1)Clean  Produce  Add 4 tablespoons of vinegar to 1 gallon of water and rinse produce.

2)Clean and Deodorize THE toilet bowl.  Pour 3 cups of vinegar into the toilet bowl and let sit for an hour before flushing.

3)Kill germs.  Pour pure vinegar into a spray bottle, spray on doorknobs, walls and cabinets etc.. and wipe off with clean cloth

4)Make nail polish last longer.  Rub your nails  with a cotton ball dipped in vinegar and let dry before applying polish.
5)Make window or glass cleaner.  Combine 1/2 cup ammonia, 1 cup vinegar and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch in a gallon of water.
6)Make better hard boiled eggs.  When you are making hard boiled eggs, add 2 tablespoons of vinegar for every quart of water to keep shells from cracking and make them easier to shell.
7)Clean and /deodorize Disinfect cutting boards.  After each use, wipe down with a rag dipped in pure vinegar to disinfect and deodorize your cutting board
8)Wash and rinse your  dishwasher.  Place a cup full of vinegar on the top shelf of your dishwasher.  Run dishwasher on the hottest setting possible without any detergent.
9)Use as a laundry rinse for fresher clothes add 1tbs per load
10)Get rid of mildew.  Dip a clean cloth in pure vinegar and apply to surface covered in mildew.  Rinse or wipe away with a clean, wet cloth.  You can also prevent mildew from forming on the bottoms of rugs by filling a spray bottle with white vinegar and spraying it on.

Life without thankfulness is devoid of Love
For to love is to be thankful
and to be thankful is to love

Without thankfulness our lives become dull and selfish
filled with complaints  that waste the days away
so tell me what will you chose today?

Will you forgo those awful thoughts and bad attitudes
will you chose thanksgiving instead of grumbles?

A life without thanksgiving is a life without hope

Marriage is such hard work isn't it? If someone ever tells you that marriage isn't work then they are lying or they simply are clueless because the fact is, IT'S WORK.

Have you ever wondered how some couples seem to just have it all together in their marriage? They never fight or argue, and if they do it seems to be resolved quickly?

Well your not alone, I too have wondered how many women in their marriage seem to be able to handle conflict with such dignity, integrity and respect with their mate.

Today's post is all about learning to FIGHT to WIN. But, not in the sense that you may think. Its not about WINNING to be right or WINNING to prove a point, but its WINNING TO WIN YOUR SPOUSE AND MARRIAGE. Its FIGHTING FOR YOUR MARRIAGE!

Early on in my marriage I remember when my husband and I would fight or argue, I would get real defensive and begin to attack the very man I loved. I remember bringing up things that happened years ago and throw it in his face, or I remember being able to ignore him in such a way that it would drive him crazy.
Its interesting how we women can one minute adore our husbands and the next the claws come out and our emotions switch and we can claw their eyes out.

Yes, you know what I'm talking about. Sometimes we can fight dirty. I want to share with you 3 ways that you FIGHT to WIN in your marriage. These 3 TESTED and PROVED ways will be sure to have you WIN any FIGHT in your marriage!

When you tell yourself and your spouse these 5 little words, it can change so much. It can change the tone of your attitude and the tone of your spouses. No woman really wants to fight with her husband, I mean come on you really don't want to argue or fight, so why not remind yourself of that and end the fight by saying those words.

When you want whats best for your husband you wont argue or fight with him because you know that it is not in his best interest. You know that fighting with him is hurting him. So want good for him and want his best.

There is nothing that love cant cover. Think of Gods love toward us, while we were yet sinners Christ died for us, he loved us at our worst. We can love our husbands when they are at their worst, cant we? Some women give up to easily, they think they are doing good by separating from their husbands or leaving them because he sinned or did something. Im not talking about husbands who physically abuse their wives clearly that's dangerous to live in and a woman needs to contact the authorities and protect herself and the children from physical abuse, but there are women who will leave their husbands because he is abusive in his words or for other minor things, this is HURTFUL to the children, IVE SEEN IT!!!

Frugal Friday Tip: 3 Simple Ways to be Frugal for the Holidays

Well its officially 68 Days until Christmas. Many people are planning how they are going to budget and buy all those Christmas Gifts this year. Many have already started their Christmas shopping.

Have you ever felt like Christmas creeps upon you like an armed bandit? I know I've been there lots of times. It seems like no matter how hard you plan in advance you always seem to still doing last minute Christmas shopping. Well your not alone.

In Todays post I wanted to share  3 ways that you can began to start to save and be frugal for the Holidays.

1)Make a list

Start making a list of all those that you must buy for, sounds simple enough but trust me this will help you from last minute shopping as you will have a list prepared months in advance.

2)Set a budget

Begin to look at your finances and see what you can afford this Holiday, break it down per person and don't forget to take into account packaging as I always forget little things like tape, and wrapping paper.

3)Don't be afraid to make handmade gifts

Sometimes personalized handmade gifts make the best ones. Frankly, its the thought that counts, even a handwritten poem that is framed will really warm any heart. You can draw or paint  a picture and frame it. Pinterest also has tons of handmade gift ideas. Don't be afraid to recycle or re-gift heck especially if you never used the item and its brand new with tags on it still. Don't be cheap and re- gift an item you've already used.

I hope that this helps you plan to be a little more frugal this Holiday, leave me your comments below and let me some ways you save during the Holiday's. I'd love to read them.
